The Computer Society unveils the new logo of its competitive team brand: The Sentinels. The Computer Society Sentinels (CSS) will be the Society's team brand for competitive events such as Sports, E-Sports, Collegiate Competitions, and other events that require a team.

The logo, designed by Christian James Torrillo, head of the Society's design committee, serves as a formidable trademark representing the Computer Society's high standards when it comes to competitive events and signifies a commitment to excellence.

The design features the letters “SNTL,” an abbreviation for “Sentinels”. The logo displayed in bold font reflects strength. Its futuristic style gives a modern and striking look, while the PUP Pylon emphasizes its direct connection to the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Additionally, the cursor symbol further highlights the Computer Society together with the role of the Sentinels.

A trademark is crucial to give the representatives a sense of identity and to alleviate camaraderie.
